Job Post: Clinical Quality Manager (Doctor)
Location – Trivandrum, Kerala
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clinical processes and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established clinical standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to provide feedback and guidance on best practices.
- Collect and analyze data related to clinical quality metrics.
- Prepare and attend client audits; conduct mock audits regularly.
- Should be ready to work in any shifts and as per the need of the organisation.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality findings and recommendations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
- Communicate quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in quality-related training and educational programs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical field or related discipline.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) as required.
