About the Job
AFL Partner Job Description: To build, develop, and maintain partnerships with major corporations, schools/colleges, and universities for the deployment of health awareness programs (AFL) for their employees, students, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a stream of corporate/school/college partners through engagement with key stakeholders
- Ensure calendarization of programs at the partner organizations
- Ensure smooth error-free execution of AFL at the partner organization
- Participate in seminars/conferences and propagate the AFL programs to delegates
- Ensure proper engagement of stakeholders before and after AFL
- Qualitative and quantitative impact assessment and reporting of the programs
- Participate in live programs and do quality checks and gather insights
Desirable Professional Knowledge and Experience
- A degree in pharmacy/medicine/science
- Post-graduation in Management/Hospital Management/Organizational Behavior/Psychology
- More than 3 years of experience working with schools/colleges
- More than 3 years of experience working with corporates is desirable
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, team building, and training skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations
- Ability to undertake regular field visits and interact with stakeholders
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Travel Expectations
Travel: Though stationed at Hyderabad, the incumbent would be required to travel throughout the country for not less than 10 days every month. Travel is a non-negotiable component of this role.
Desirable: To have a pan-India database of corporates, schools, colleges, universities.
