Job Description:
This Associate Job for Medical Graduates involves summarizing medical records from PDF or text formats into professional clinical reports such as History of Present Illness, Physical Exam, Diagnosis, and Assessment & Plan. You will work independently while following client-specific guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Navigate EHRs and enter clinical data into Word documents accurately.
- Maintain high-quality medical documentation standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address feedback and resolve issues.
- Participate in live video chat and screen-sharing training sessions.
- Work independently with a secure and high-speed internet connection.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in medical summarization; medical billing experience is a plus.
- Experience as a medical scribe, transcriptionist, or in medical summarization.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent English writing skills and understanding of medical terminology.
