Job Description:
This role involves providing timely, evidence-based emergency care to patients presenting with acute and critical conditions, including triage, diagnosis, stabilization, and treatment. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding junior doctors and clinical staff, coordinating with consultants from other specialties for comprehensive patient management, and ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols and quality standards. This Emergency Medicine Consultant Job will participate in emergency department planning, continuous quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and documentation. The role also includes conducting and supporting training activities, case discussions, and skill-building sessions to strengthen emergency care delivery within the department.
