Role Description:
The Senior Resident Emergency role is a full-time, on-site position at Fortis Healthcare in Noida. The Senior Resident will be responsible for the immediate assessment, stabilization, and management of patients presenting to the Emergency Department. This includes triage, ordering and interpreting investigations, and initiating evidence-based treatment. The role requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely referrals and admissions, and providing clinical guidance and supervision to junior medical staff. Senior Residents are also expected to document clinical care accurately, adhere to hospital protocols, participate in emergency drills, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. The position involves working in rotational shifts while maintaining high ethical standards and supporting a patient-centered environment.
