Work Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Qualification: MBBS, MD/DNB (Emergency Medicine)
Responsibilities of Emergency Medicine Jobs:
- Professional approach to be adapted with all patients, staff, and visitors.
- Provide medical cover, routine, and emergency, working in conjunction with other specialties.
- Perform procedures like Central line, IV Channelization, Intubation, etc.
- Operate instruments like Ventilator.
- Follow all Clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.
- Monitor patients as required.
- Identify complex health problems and report immediately to the concerned doctor.
- Effectively communicate with patients, family, colleagues, and healthcare workers.
- Prescribe pain management medicines.
- Supervise daily clinical management of patients under consultant guidance.
- Assist consultants with rounds and follow-up on patient care.
- Prepare discharge summaries and assess new patients admitted.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives and organization protocols.
- Follow on-call and duty rota based on department requirements.
