Position: Associate Dental Surgeon – Endodontist
Location: Ridgetop Dental International, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Diagnosis & Treatment Planning: Provide accurate diagnosis for new patients and propose comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring all procedures are thoroughly explained and patient concerns are addressed.
Patient Education: Educate patients on procedures, ensuring clear communication and addressing all doubts to promote informed treatment decisions.
Adherence to SOPs: Follow all clinical and operational SOPs and seek necessary approvals, ensuring high standards of patient care.
Surgical Procedures: Perform surgeries following defined protocols and ensure the highest quality of care.
Primary Doctor Role: Take ownership of treatment completion, coordinating with specialists and following group practice protocols for seamless patient care.
Treatment Acceptance: Persuade and gain patient acceptance for treatment plans while ensuring quality care and transparency.
Lab Coordination: Collaborate with dental labs for timely lab work and ensure quality results.
Scheduling & Follow-up: Work in sync with Treatment Coordinators to schedule patient appointments for timely treatment completion.
Production Goals: Meet production targets set by management on a monthly basis, contributing to the growth of the practice.
Communication & Ethics: Foster transparency, clear communication, and maintain the highest ethical standards in patient care and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- MDS in Endodontics with 5+ years of clinical experience.
- Ability to follow and implement clinical protocols as per RDI guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to educate and gain patient trust.
Skills
- Accurate diagnosis using radiographs including CBCT
- Thorough knowledge of Root Canal therapy and microscopic root canals
- Expertise in Tooth Fillings – Composites
- Pain Management Techniques
- Crown Preps for Root Canal treated tooth
- Veneers
