Job Description:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Oncology will engage with Thought Leaders (TLs) and provide scientific, educational, and research-related information. The MSL will participate in clinical trial activities, interact with medical societies, and coordinate scientific education activities, all while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research-related information.
- Participation in clinical trial-related activities, including company-sponsored and investigator-initiated research.
- Interactions with medical societies and advisory boards regarding Bayer products.
- Attendance and networking at congresses and conventions to gather competitive intelligence.
- Coordination of scientific education activities and training sessions with TLs.
- Identification and profiling of TLs, along with engagement planning.
- Preparation of reports and tracking activities against agreed objectives.
- Providing external scientific support, training, and education not covered by primary activities.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Science Liaison Job:
- Qualification in medical/dental education (MD/MBBS/BDS/MDS) with 1 year of experience in the oncology therapy area (solid tumours).
- Basic knowledge of oncology and related molecules.
- Basic understanding of clinical trials
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and to build productive work relationships both internally and externally with thought leaders
- Excellent presentation and written and verbal communication skills
