AIIMS Careers Qualifications

A. Project Research Scientist – I

Essential Qualification:

  • MBBS / BDS or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Minimum one year of experience as a Project Manager in a previous project

B. Project Technical Support – I

Essential Qualification (any one):

  • 10th + Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI or equivalent) + 2 years’ relevant experience OR
  • Three-year graduate degree in a relevant field + 1 year of experience

AIIMS Careers Role:

The selected candidates will support the efficient execution of the ICMR-funded clinical research trial, ensuring accurate data collection, participant coordination, administrative management, and compliance with project protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day project coordination and documentation
  • Support patient recruitment, follow-ups, and data entry
  • Maintain accurate research records and ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, and field teams
  • Contribute to administrative work, scheduling, and report preparation
  • Ensure adherence to ICMR, AIIMS, and project-specific guidelines
  • Assist in prehabilitation activities (nutrition/psychology/yoga) if relevant to the role
