Lupin Careers: Qualifications
- Graduation in Medicine
- 1–3 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
- Experience in the diabetes division is preferred
- Strong understanding of medical, scientific, and regulatory concepts
About the Role
The Manager – Medical Services will play a key role in supporting medico-marketing objectives through scientific expertise, medical strategy, and stakeholder engagement. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external experts to ensure accurate, compliant, and impactful medical communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze updated medical and scientific information for medico-marketing relevance
- Support new product ideation, comparative analysis, and medical assessment
- Engage internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and regulatory affairs, with scientific support
- Provide medical and scientific services to external stakeholders such as KOLs and CROs
- Prepare and ensure the quality of scientific documents, including Product Monographs, LBLs, and value arguments.
- Contribute proactively to the medico-marketing strategy and planning in collaboration with product management teams
- Organize and support advisory board meetings and physician group discussions
- Plan and execute Phase III and Phase IV clinical studies as required for the business unit
