Sanofi Careers-Qualification:
- Degree in Medicine/Science
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in medical communications, project management, medical writing, or scientific publication support.
Technical Skills
- Project management expertise.
- Exposure to scientific/medical writing or communication.
- Understanding of pharma workflows and publication processes.
- Knowledge of therapeutic domains is an added advantage.
Role:
This role supports end-to-end project coordination for scientific publications and medical education deliverables. You will collaborate with writers, scientific communication teams, medical content teams, and compliance stakeholders to ensure seamless, timely, and accurate project delivery. You will also support tracking, documentation, compliance submissions, communication, and budget management for assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management support for publications and medical education deliverables.
- Coordinate end-to-end publication workflows—from planning to submission.
- Support writers in preparing submissions, updating documents, and managing revisions.
- Track progress, manage risks/issues, and follow up with stakeholders.
- Use and update publication management tools like iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA.
- Support approval workflows, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness.
- Work closely with global/local scientific communication teams.
- Coordinate with medical content enhancement teams and project managers.
- Ensure timely delivery of slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, etc.
- Contribute to productivity improvements through new tools, technologies, and process enhancements.
