About the Role
The Project Research Assistant role involves working in the domains of health informatics and medical research, supporting data-driven healthcare projects. The position requires coordination with project teams, healthcare personnel, and government stakeholders to ensure high-quality project execution, adherence to protocols, and timely delivery of outcomes. The role also includes travel to project sites across India, training activities, and documentation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate data collection and data entry activities while ensuring protocol adherence
- Maintain project documentation, training materials, and progress reports
- Assist in user interviews, evaluations, and feedback collection
- Train project staff as per study protocols
- Support data synthesis and analysis activities
- Collaborate with government and public health officials
- Coordinate workshops and dissemination events
- Travel to project sites as required
- Maintain confidentiality and data quality standards
