Job Description:

The Assistant or Deputy Medical Superintendent is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role oversees day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. The individual coordinates with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to manage staffing, clinical workflows, and resource utilization. Key responsibilities include implementing clinical protocols, monitoring quality indicators, handling escalated patient-care issues, and supporting incident and grievance management. The role also involves contributing to audit processes, supporting accreditation requirements, mentoring junior medical staff, and collaborating with leadership on continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.
