Job Summary- Clinical Fellow in Oncology and Haematology
As a Clinical Fellow in Oncology and Haematology at UHBW, you will gain invaluable exposure to a variety of clinical duties, working alongside experienced consultants and a dedicated multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily based in the BHOC, where you will be involved in Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) for oncology and haematology patients. Your responsibilities will cover 80% clinical duties at BHOC and 20% in other key areas of the centre, offering a well-rounded experience across different aspects of cancer and blood disorder care.
Main Duties of the Job- Clinical Job at BHOC
The clinical job is based in the BHOC. BHOC includes specialist oncology and hematology inpatient wards with radioisotope rooms, allogeneic bone marrow transplant facilities, a regional dedicated teenage and young adult unit, an outpatient chemotherapy unit, outpatient clinics, and a radiotherapy department.
