Job Description:
The Consultant Gastroenterologist at Continental Hospitals will be responsible for diagnosing and managing gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders. The role includes performing diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy. The gastroenterologist will also assist and gradually develop exposure in advanced procedures like ERCP/EUS, manage OPD, IPD, and emergency GI cases, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and biliary disorders
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures including upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, and sigmoidoscopy
- Assist and gradually develop exposure in advanced procedures like ERCP/EUS (if applicable)
- Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency GI cases in Gastroenterologist Jobs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Participate in academic discussions, CMEs, and case presentations at Continental Hospitals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Eligibility Criteria for the Gastroenterologist Jobs:
- DM / DrNB Gastroenterology from a recognized institute
- 0–2 years of post DM/DrNB experience
