This role provides product and procedural technical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring the safe and effective use of JJSV products.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide case coverage and ensure safe and effective use of JJSV products
- Deliver product and procedural technical support to healthcare professionals
- Build strong relationships with nursing staff and identify training gaps
- Leverage case activity to identify opportunities to expand sales
- Support Premium Product Specialists and Account Executives
- Provide regional case coverage and technical expertise as required
- Support administrative and product-related issues
- Complete ongoing compliance training, sales, and product learning curriculum
- Collaborate with the Scientific and Professional Affairs team
- Stay current with trends and best practices in clinical sales events
- Create and manage a project management system to track sponsorships
