Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned Evidence Synthesis projects across the portfolio.
- Support planning and generation of health economic and value-based evidence.
- Collaborate with Global Business Partners and Evidence Synthesis Leads.
- Design, implement, and execute innovative evidence generation programs.
- Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch evidence strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct literature reviews, epidemiology studies, burden of illness studies, and meta-analyses in this HEOR Job in Hyderabad.
- Contribute to retrospective and prospective observational research studies.
- Support the development of economic evaluations and patient-reported outcome analyses at Sanofi Careers.
- Lead development of Core Value Dossiers (CVD) and AMCP dossiers.
- Create and review complex scientific and strategic evidence content.
- Develop and maintain expertise within assigned therapeutic areas.
- Mentor associates and review deliverables created by team members.
- Ensure adherence to evidence generation guidelines, standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, Commercial, and HEVA teams globally.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
Educational Requirements for this HEOR Job:
- A Medical degree.
- Relevant qualifications in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Public Health, or related fields are advantageous.
- Strong academic background with expertise in evidence generation and healthcare research.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR).
- Knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) methodologies.
- Understanding of reimbursement processes and payer decision-making.
- Experience in evidence synthesis and evidence generation strategies.
- Expertise in literature reviews, meta-analysis, and epidemiological studies.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into payer value strategies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
