Job Description:
The Manager Case Receipt is responsible for leading the operational execution and oversight of central case intake activities within Global Medical Safety Operations at Johnson & Johnson. This role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant execution of case receipt, US due diligence, reconciliation, complaint handling, and related pharmacovigilance activities in accordance with global regulatory requirements, company procedures, and quality standards. The Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other functions to drive consistent processes and support audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operational execution and oversight of Global Case Receipt activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Manage team capacity, resource needs, and workload allocation in this Hybrid Pharmacovigilance Job in India.
- Provide people leadership, including training oversight and performance support.
- Develop and report operational metrics and key performance indicators.
- Partner with internal functions and stakeholders to clarify procedures and resolve issues.

- Minimum of 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry or clinical experience focused on pharmacovigilance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of global safety reporting regulations and compliance.
- Experience in a high-volume, regulated operational environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage change.
