Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing adverse event reports, assessing drug safety data, supporting risk management strategies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities for the Pharmacovigilance Job:
- Provide medical review and assessment of adverse event reports from clinical trials and post-marketing sources.
- Evaluate clinical significance and causality of reported adverse events.
- Offer medical guidance on safety-related issues and risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk management plans.
- Prepare safety-related documents, including periodic safety reports.
- Monitor emerging safety concerns and relevant medical literature.
- Support safety surveillance and pharmacovigilance activities.
- Interact directly with clients and provide document-specific advice.
- Ensure compliance with global drug safety regulations and guidelines.
Educational Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with an active medical license.
- MBBS or MD qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance.
- Board certification or equivalent experience in a relevant specialty, such as Internal Medicine or Pharmacology, is preferred.
