We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified Board-Certified Infectious Disease physician to join one of our established specialty outpatient practices in a beautiful suburb of Columbus, Ohio.
Key Responsibilities for Infectious Disease Physician Role:

Collaborate with patients’ primary care providers to manage complex infections.

Conduct patient evaluations, interviews, and physical exams.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests: bloodwork, cultures, biopsies, scans, and more.

Communicate test results and treatment plans clearly and compassionately.

Treat a wide range of infectious diseases including HIV, Hepatitis, TB, pneumonia, Lyme disease, and meningococcal disease.

Round at two local hospital sites and an inpatient rehab facility.

Participate in wound care, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Support hospital telehealth consults launching in 2025.

Use EPIC Electronic Health Record system.

Call rotation: physicians cover their own call + 1 weekend every 5 weeks.
Requirements

MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Completion of internal medicine residency and infectious diseases fellowship.

Board Certification in Infectious Disease (or eligible within 2 years).

Unrestricted Ohio Medical License.

Completion of wound/HBO training through Healogics.
Compensation & Benefits for Infectious Disease Physician Role:

First-year salary range: $250K–$400K, including hospital collaboration incentives.
