Job Description:
The institute is inviting applications for various contractual positions under projects funded by BIRAC, ANRF, ICMR, and DBT. Candidates are expected to be dedicated professionals who can effectively analyse and communicate data, work collaboratively, and thrive in a fast-paced research environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lab management including ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Conducting experiments related to stem cell biology and organoid generation.
- Performing cell culture, transfection, microscopy, and cell-based assays.
- Analysing and interpreting experimental data.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on research projects.
- Maintaining accurate records of experiments and results.
Eligibility Criteria for this Senior Project Associate Role:
- Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences / MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognised University.
- Relevant research experience in cell biology techniques.
- Age limits vary by position, generally up to 50 years for lab technician roles and 35 years for project associates.
