The Medical Writer Position:
This position involves producing high-quality medical communications deliverables in collaboration with a globally distributed team. We offer a competitive salary and great benefits, including a profit-related annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high-quality writing for assigned projects.
- Monitor and take responsibility for scheduled tasks to deliver on time and within budget.
- Exercise excellent interpersonal/communication skills for effective liaison with stakeholders.
- Identify innovative ideas for active projects and welcome feedback for continuous improvement.
- Travel to local or international client meetings, congresses, if needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degree in scientific or medical discipline preferred.
- Experience in writing medical or scientific content.
- Native English speaker or bilingual/proficient level of academic English.
- Prioritization and time management skills to meet deadlines within budgeted scope.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work harmoniously as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with interpreting and communicating scientific and clinical information.
