Eligibility Criteria for the JIPMER Recruitment:
- MBBS/BDS with a postgraduate degree (MD/MDS) and three years of experience; or
- PhD in Environmental Health or Occupational Health from a recognized university or institution.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, R, or other software, and data management software such as EpiCollect, REDCap, or EpiData.
- Experience in environmental health-related research.

Selection Process
Applicants will be shortlisted based on the details furnished in the application, CV, and the documentary proof provided. The list of eligible candidates will also be displayed on the JIPMER website. The final selection will be based on the CV, application, and written test/interview.

- The project duration is four years, with an initial recruitment period of one year. The extension for next year will be based on performance.
- The engagement may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Project Investigator.

- No other allowance/facilities other than consolidated salary shall be extended.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Interviews may be conducted in person or via videoconferencing, at the discretion of the Principal Investigator. The date and time of the interview will be notified one week in advance.
