About the Role
The Development Physician is accountable for the medical content and integrity of the development strategy for an assigned clinical program. They will ensure that the program is delivered with current medical best practices and in line with evolving healthcare systems and science.
Who You’ll Work With
You will report into the Senior Development Physician and work in a cross-functional matrix team.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for providing up-to-date medical/scientific information for assigned programs/studies
- Conduct training on current medical/scientific knowledge for the development team
- Ensure medical/scientific integrity of clinical development programs and related documents
- Establish relationships with investigators and study sites
- Lead organization and interaction with Data and Safety Review Boards
Requirements:
- Medical Degree
- Experience in clinical or academic environment
- Excellent knowledge of global clinical development process
- Leadership skills to manage internal stakeholder relationships
