Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting
- Proficiency in Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Hematology, and experience with ELISA techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test performance and result reporting
