Job Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Job Purpose
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and effectively communicate deep scientific knowledge: The MSL will be required to engage in continuous learning to maintain the highest level of technical expertise within the therapeutic area they represent.
- Excel at customer engagement and support medical/scientific information needs of scientific experts: The MSL will spend the majority of their time field based and customer-facing engaging in mutually beneficial 2-way dialogues with scientific experts.
- Strategic vision and leadership: The MSL synthesizes complex data and effectively communicates meaningful clinical insights.
- Territory ownership: The MSL will be expected to demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD)
- Previous MSL experience or Field-Based experience
- Experience in servicing customer needs for complex information
Desired Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
- Intellectual curiosity about the field of science/medicine
- Advanced presentation and computer skills
