Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary medical reviews of cases, including assessments of seriousness, causality, adverse event coding, and narrative evaluations.
- Update and document daily case data, utilizing appropriate tracking and workflow management tools.
- Assume full responsibility for assigned deliverables, ensuring compliance with quality standards, productivity metrics, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- After one year of tenure, provide training and guidance to the case processing team on medical aspects of case processing.
- Perform aggregate and signal analysis activities to support single case processing.
- Maintain a culture of high customer service and excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical science or MD or DO or equivalent degree.
- Language proficiency in English (speaking, writing, reading).
- Knowledge of medical sciences and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in medical sciences, diagnosis, therapeutics, including drug treatments and procedures.

Understanding of regulatory requirements for clinical research and familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
1 to 2 years of clinical practice experience.
