Medical Positions & Eligibility Criteria for the Malegaon Municipal Corporation Recruitment:
1. Anaesthetist – 1 Vacancy
- Qualification: M.D. (Anaesthesia) from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Private Hospital.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
2. Radiologist – 2 Vacancies
- Qualification: M.D. (Radiology) from a recognized university OR MBBS with the specified Diploma in Radiology/equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Private Hospital.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
3. Paediatrician – 2 Vacancies
- Qualification: M.D./D.C.H./recognized qualification in Child Health or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Private Hospital.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
4. Pathologist – 2 Vacancies
- Qualification: Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pathology/Clinical Pathology, including the qualifications specified in the official notification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Private Hospital.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
5. Gynaecologist – 2 Vacancies
- Qualification: M.D. or MBBS with D.G.O. (Obstetrics & Gynaecology) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the concerned field.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
6. Medical Officer (MBBS) – 1 Vacancy
- Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Government/Semi-Government/Private Hospital.
- Registration: Applicable medical council registration as specified in the notification.
- Honorarium: ₹60,000 per month.
Age Limit:
- Open Category: Up to 38 years
- Reserved Category: Up to 43 years
- The notification provides an age-limit relaxation/exemption for eligible candidates who rendered medical services as Medical Officers with the Municipal Corporation during the COVID-19 period and thereafter.
Selection Process for the Malegaon Municipal Corporation Recruitment:
- Candidates will be selected considering their educational qualifications and relevant work experience.
- Where candidates have equivalent qualifications, preference will be given to candidates with relevant service during the COVID-19 period and to local candidates, as specified in the notification.
- Only candidates found eligible after scrutiny of their certificates will be permitted to attend the interview.

Important Conditions:
The appointments are purely temporary for six months and will automatically terminate after completion of the specified period. Appointment under this recruitment does not provide a right to permanent Municipal Corporation employment or regular employee benefits.
There is no examination fee for this direct recruitment process.
