Job Description:
The Quality Head (Deputy Manager) will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality processes and policies, demonstrating effective application of technical and professional knowledge, and coordinating NABH/JCI committee meetings. This Max Healthcare job includes reviewing meeting minutes, providing feedback to clinical departments, and preparing action reports on various indicators.
Key Responsibilities for Max Healthcare Jobs:
- Comply with the quality process and policies of the respective area.
- Demonstrate effective application of technical and professional knowledge.
- Coordinate NABH/JCI committee meetings as per the calendar.
- Review minutes of council meetings and ensure effectiveness of committee meetings.
- Provide feedback to operations/clinical departments.
- Collate and submit monthly reports and dashboards.
- Prepare action taken reports on various indicators.
- Support planning and implementation of accreditation requirements.
- Conduct routine audits of clinical areas/departments.
- Manage serious untoward incidents and promote patient safety.
- Conduct RCA of incident reporting and implement corrective actions.
- Support the development and improvement of NABH/JCI performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with previous accreditation audit closures.
- Monitor SLA and manage quality and infection control budgets.
- Demonstrate professional and courteous behavior to patients and co-workers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: MBBS / BDS / BHMS with MHA.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in a well-established super specialty hospital; NABH and JCI latest edition exposure required.
Required Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of healthcare environment, patient safety, and healthcare quality management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of medical delivery systems and patient care.
