Qualifications:
- MBBS with 2+ years of experience or MD with any experience/freshers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency and plausibility per protocol.
- Provide project management expertise, collaborating with clinical study teams and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Track service performance, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of compliance issues.
- Deliver therapeutic area/indication training for clinical project teams.
- Attend Kick-Off meetings, weekly team meetings, and client meetings as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables.
