MBBS Job Description:

This MBBS job at Bayer is for the role of Medical Science Liaison, where the professional acts as an information scientist and scientific partner to Thought Leaders (Doctors). The role focuses on scientific exchange, medical education, and research dissemination within the pharmaceutical division.

MBBS Job – Key Responsibilities:

Primary Activities:

• Exchange and dissemination of scientific, educational, and research-related information:  The Medical Science Liaison plans, prepares, and engages with Thought Leaders (TLs – Doctors) both proactively and reactively.
• Interactions with Medical Societies and Advisory Boards: The Medical Science Liaison answers medical and scientific queries about Bayer products and serves on or participates in advisory boards.
• Coordination of Scientific Education Activities: Planning and organizing scientific training and education sessions with Thought Leaders within specific therapeutic areas.
• TL identification/profiling/segmentation and strategy planning:
  Contributing to internal understanding of Thought Leader interests in alignment with the product Medical Affairs plan.
• Preparation of reports and tracking activities:
  Submitting timely reports and tracking activities against agreed objectives.

Secondary Activities:

• External scientific support, training, and education:
  Providing additional scientific support and education beyond primary responsibilities, strengthening Bayer’s medical engagement strategy.
