Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Medicine, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a cardiac operation theatre as a Nurse Manager or Nurse InCharge
- Experience coordinating with cardiac surgeons and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
- Experience developing, monitoring and implementing quality assurance programs in the operation theatre.
- In-depth knowledge of current surgical and anesthesia techniques, as well as sterilization techniques and practices
- Experience managing staff and maintaining a safe, efficient and effective working environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
