The Assistant Manager in Medical Excellence will provide expert medical guidance to patients and clients, including telephonic consultations when necessary. This role involves serving as the primary escalation point for complex cases, interpreting symptoms, diagnosing conditions, and recommending treatment plans. The individual will ensure adherence to patient confidentiality and refer to ethical medical practices while maintaining accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.

Key Responsibilities:
