Job Description:
Plum is seeking patient-focused MBBS doctors to provide medical consultations and guidance via online chat. In this online doctor role, candidates must understand patient concerns and deliver appropriate medical advice while maintaining high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical consultations and guidance to patients through chat.
- Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate medical advice.
- Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.
- Ensure timely responses and a high standard of patient care.
- Follow established clinical protocols and escalation guidelines.
Eligibility for the MBBS Telemedicine Job:
