Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- MD with medical writing experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in life sciences or the pharmaceutical industry
- Direct experience in Medical Information or Medical Communications
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AMA Style Guide, ICMJE, GPP, PRISMA, STROBE, and CONSORT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and literature databases
- Experience using reference management tools such as EndNote or Mendeley
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing medical content for new product launches
- Experience publishing abstracts, posters, or manuscripts
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- Experience with Veeva Vault MedComms or PromoMats
Job Description:
This MD job is part of the EVERSANA Compliance team and reports directly to the Manager, Medical Content Development. The role supports scientifically advanced biopharma and research companies across therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Neurology, Immuno-oncology, and Immunology. This content writer job supports pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, digital therapeutics, and over-the-counter companies, including small and emerging organizations, and is responsible for content development-related client engagements.
MD Job-Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager, Medical Content Development on integrated commercialization and consulting engagements
- Write and develop medical and scientific content such as SRDs, FAQs, slide decks, abstracts, posters, and training materials
- Manage the document development process and participate in MLR review meetings
- Use document management platforms such as Veeva PromoMats and MedComms
- Perform scientific data fact checking in support of medical reviewers
- Collaborate on strategy, execution, and communication planning
- Mentor team members and support onboarding activities
- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies
- Work collaboratively with medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA careers
