MDS Jobs in Gurgaon- Role:
The Training & Education Manager will lead Straumann India’s education strategy by designing and delivering high-impact training programs for internal teams, dental practitioners, and potential customers. The role requires strong clinical expertise in implantology, experience with digital dentistry, and a passion for professional development. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, this role also involves collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to plan lectures, workshops, and academic engagements that enhance the adoption of Straumann implants and biomaterials across India.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development
- Conduct regular blended (online + offline) training for Straumann employees.
- Lead structured onboarding programs for new hires.
- Deliver product-focused trainings on Straumann implants, biomaterials, and digital systems to customers and prospects.
Clinician & KOL Engagement
- Identify, develop, and manage Key Opinion Leaders to support Straumann education initiatives.
- Coordinate with speakers, clinicians, and academic partners to conduct lectures, workshops, and Straumann-sponsored events.
- Manage training programs within colleges, universities, and clinician associations.
Program Management & Execution
- Plan and execute educational events, hands-on workshops, and scientific sessions.
- Develop content and brand-aligned educational assets for internal and external audiences.
- Support strategic training initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with clinician networks, large clinic chains, and academic institutions to expand Straumann’s educational reach.
- Maintain strong communication channels with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training design.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Effective project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- Team-oriented working style with strong interpersonal skills.
Education & Qualifications:
- MDS in Implantology is a must.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the dental industry, implant dentistry, and in the area of digital dentistry is required.
- Relevant dental product and industry knowledge.
