Job Description:
The Medical Advisor will serve as the primary scientific face of the organization to thought leaders and physicians in a specified therapy area. Responsibilities include the identification, mapping, and profiling of thought leaders in the designated geography and therapy area on an ongoing basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities, aligning with the overall strategic plan.
- Execute the strategic medical affairs plan, including medical education, product education, and evidence generation.
- Act as a therapeutic area scientific expert, discussing scientific data and treatment trends with leading specialists.
- Support optimal patient outcomes through communication of data and insights in alignment with healthcare professional needs.
- Represent the organisation in various internal and external scientific platforms.
- Conduct disease trend analysis and contribute to the development of the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan.
- Process scientific information requests from physicians.
- Ensure all activities comply with the organization’s Code of Business Ethics Policy and guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Advisor Job:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years’ duration in any discipline of medicine or MBBS with MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum Work Experience: Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in field-based Medical Affairs.
