Job Description:
This Medical Advisor Job will serve as the primary scientific face of Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, engaging with thought leaders and physicians in a specified therapy area. Responsibilities include identifying and mapping thought leaders, executing strategic medical affairs plans, and ensuring compliance with the organization’s Code of Business Ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities.
- Execute strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education and evidence generation.
- Discuss scientific data with leading specialists and provide insights on treatment trends.
- Gather insights on disease trends and communicate findings to therapy leads.
- Conduct disease trend analysis and contribute to the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan.
- Handle scientific information requests from healthcare professionals.
- Ensure all activities align with Dr Reddy’s compliance guidelines.
- Develop training plans to keep sales and marketing teams updated on medical developments.
Eligibility Criteria for this Medical Advisor Job:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any discipline of medicine or MBBS with MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum Work Experience: Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs.
