Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Medical Advisor to provide the scientific foundation for the Therapeutic Area (TA) medical strategy, managing various medical activities, and engaging key thought leaders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for serving as a core scientific member of the cross-functional franchise team, providing the scientific foundation for the Therapeutic Area (TA) medical strategy.
- You will be responsible for managing various medical activities aligned with the TA Medical strategy and engaging key thought leaders.
- You will facilitate the optimal execution of the strategic medical affairs plan encompassing medical education, product education, and special projects.
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: MBBS with M.D. Pharmacology/Medicine or full-time post-graduate qualification in any discipline of medicine
- Minimum work experience: 2-4 years in a Medical Advisor capacity in the pharmaceutical industry or research company
Skills & Attributes
- Training in medical writing, clinical trial methodologies, and research design will be an added advantage
- Strong academic record with deep knowledge of the therapeutic area and research methodologies
- Experience with complex business environments is preferred
