Job Purpose
Develop, strategize and plan business activities: Portfolio selection, brand planning, KOL management, and compliance in various therapy areas to align with business goals.
Key Accountabilities
1. Achieve scientific proficiency
- Drive the development of assigned therapy areas with medical strategy
- Keep updated with latest medical developments
- Interact with clinicians for practical knowledge
2. Ideate and conceptualize with marketing team
- Develop promotional strategies for India and international markets
- Create scientific content and promotional material
- Conduct post-marketing surveys
3. Identify therapeutic gaps
- Suggest new molecules/formulations for product portfolio
- Analyze market trends for recommending new products
4. Build team capability
- Conduct training sessions for team members
- Develop content for medical trainings
5. Build external advisor relationships
- Identify and engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Leverage KOLs for strategy development
6. Ensure ethical actions
- Adhere to regulations and internal policies
- Prepare and update package inserts
