Key Responsibilities:
- Drive medical launch preparedness and execution for oncology and haematology products across Emerging Markets.
- Support new product launches by translating global medical strategies into country-specific plans in this Medical Affairs Job in Hyderabad.
- Provide scientific and strategic guidance to country and cross-functional teams.
- Plan and execute scientific engagement programs including ISP/CME events, webinars, advisory boards, and KOL visits.
- Coordinate interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen scientific exchange at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories.
- Guide country medical teams on Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation and pharmacoeconomic planning.
- Support development of evidence roadmaps and medical plans for market access initiatives.
- Create scientific updates, post-congress reports, and evidence summaries.
- Develop training materials, FAQs, and medical presentations for internal teams.
- Conduct training programs to enhance country team capabilities.
- Ensure compliance approvals for scientific and promotional materials.
- Support governance activities related to external engagements and medical communication.
Educational Requirements for the Medical Affairs Job:
- An MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
- MD in Pharmacology or MD in Medicine.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medico-marketing role.
- Experience in oncology or haematology is preferred.
- Experience in real-world clinical studies is desirable.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of oncology and haematology disease areas.
- Knowledge of cancer therapies, treatment modalities, and emerging therapeutic options.
- Experience in KOL engagement, advisory boards, and CME programs.
- Expertise in scientific communication and evidence interpretation.
- Understanding of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and HEOR concepts.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
