Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementation of medical activities, including evidence generation strategy for the cardiology and neurology diagnostics solutions.
- Accountable for defining the medical strategy and its implementation, evidence generation initiatives, in alignment with the organisational priorities.
- Contribute to overall annual and ongoing medical planning, including input on situational analyses and strategy.
- Build strategic partnerships with healthcare experts in cardiology, neurology, and laboratory medicine and other relevant external stakeholders in the Medical Affairs Job in Bangalore.
- Drive HCP/KOL engagement initiatives at forums such as Roche-initiated medical education programs, scientific congresses, advisory boards, etc.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to compliance with the applicable guidelines, company SOPs, local Codes of Practice, and regulations at Roche Careers.
- Deliver credible code-compliance medical presentations to HCPs, individually or in groups, either reactively (in response to a medical enquiry) or proactively (to disseminate scientific data best aligned with business needs).

Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Affairs Job:
- A medical professional with relevant expertise in the healthcare industry or a related field.
- Holds a degree in Medicine (MBBS) and/or MD (Clinical Biochemistry/Pharmacology).
- Has a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in medical affairs and 5-7 years of healthcare industry experience in cardiology and neurology.
- Experience in working with clinicians, KOLs, and scientists, with documented records of HCP education and interactions.
- Possesses advanced communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Has advanced interpersonal skills and the ability to understand individual needs and motivations.
- Organised, proactive, dynamic, and able to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
