Job Description:
The Team Lead in Medical Affairs will play a crucial role in guiding the organization’s medical strategies while ensuring the scientific and ethical integrity of all policies and initiatives. This position requires a blend of managerial responsibilities and strategic input to support the promotion of assigned products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical and strategic inputs and business/technical expertise to Product Management for ethical promotion of assigned products.
- Oversee the design and execution of medical-marketing programs and facilitate interactions with healthcare professionals.
- Develop, review, and approve protocol documents and supporting materials for various clinical projects.
- Deliver timely, accurate, and balanced medical information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Train the Sales Force on basic sciences and new product launches.
- Develop expertise in identified medical and/or scientific therapeutic areas.
- Act as the primary Medical Affairs contact for Customer Relationship Management.
- Support the cluster Head of Medical Affairs in budgeting and expense control.
Eligibility Criteria for this Medical Affairs Job:
Educational Qualification: Medical specialty/ Graduate degree in Medicine
Minimum Work Experience: 6-10 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, including at least 2-3 years in a people management role.
Required Skills for this Medical Affairs Job:
- Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, drug discovery, and applicable policies and regulations.
