Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of global Medical Information services.
- Oversee customer inquiry management workflows and escalation processes.
- Manage global medical content creation and documentation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Medical Information System (MIS).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and operational governance.
- Lead Medical Information analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Safety, Technology, and Quality teams.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence.
- Lead workload planning, team performance, coaching, and capability development.
- Support service transition, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs and proactively address operational risks and compliance gaps.
Educational Qualification for this Medical Affairs Job:
Candidates should possess:
- Advanced degree in Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
Experience Required:
Applicants should have:
- 12–15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong background in Medical Information and Medical Affairs operations.
- Experience managing customer inquiry processes and medical communication.
