Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of global Medical Information services.
  • Oversee customer inquiry management workflows and escalation processes.
  • Manage global medical content creation and documentation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Medical Information System (MIS).
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and operational governance.
  • Lead Medical Information analytics, reporting, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Safety, Technology, and Quality teams.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational excellence.
  • Lead workload planning, team performance, coaching, and capability development.
  • Support service transition, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively address operational risks and compliance gaps.

Educational Qualification for this Medical Affairs Job:

Candidates should possess:

  • Advanced degree in Healthcare, or a related field (preferred).

Experience Required:

Applicants should have:

  • 12–15+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong background in Medical Information and Medical Affairs operations.
  • Experience managing customer inquiry processes and medical communication.
  • Leadership experience in global cross-functional teams.
