Key Responsibilities:
- Handle medical information requests, including point-and-click, custom, advanced local market inquiries, and call-backs.
- Develop, review, and maintain medical information content and standard response databases in this Medical Communications Job in Bengaluru.
- Create and maintain healthcare professional chatbot conversations.
- Provide scientifically balanced and evidence-based responses to healthcare professionals.
- Support scientific communication initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas.

- Analyze medical information trends and communicate insights to stakeholders.

- Evaluate scientific literature and translate evidence into meaningful medical communications.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and company requirements for medical communications.
- Participate in scientific content review and medical information governance activities.
Educational Requirements for the Medical Communications Job:
- An advanced scientific degree is preferred.
- PharmD preferred.
- MD, PhD, or equivalent scientific qualification accepted.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Medical Information, Medical Communications, Pharmaceutical Industry, Healthcare, Clinical, or Hospital Settings.
- Experience in scientific content development and medical communication is preferred.
