Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute Phase IIIb & IV clinical trials and real-world evidence studies in this Medical Director Job in the USA
- Develop study protocols, analysis plans, and oversee trial execution
- Provide medical and scientific expertise across internal teams
- Contribute to regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities
- Analyze clinical data and prepare reports, abstracts, and publications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and biostatistics
- Develop and implement Medical Affairs strategies in neuroimmunology
- Build relationships with investigators, thought leaders, and stakeholders
- Review investigator-initiated studies and monitor progress at Johnson & Johnson Careers
- Support the development of medical education and scientific content
Educational Requirements for this Job:
- MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD degree
- Experience in clinical research, clinical practice, or the pharmaceutical industry
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs preferred
