Medical Job – Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Medicine
- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Hospital Management, Organizational Behavior (from institutes like TISS/XLRI preferred).
- 2–3 years’ experience in training, healthcare, or development sectors.
- Experience working with schools, RWAs, or industry associations (CII/FICCI/ASSOCHAM) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office and fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel for at least 12 days per month across India.
Job Description:
This medical job at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories offers the chance to lead preventive health awareness programs under the Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE). The AFL Partner will connect with corporate organizations, educational institutions, and community groups to create impactful wellness programs that promote disease prevention and healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with corporates, educational bodies, and residential communities.
- Plan and implement wellness and health awareness programs.
- Align partner organizations’ health goals with the AFL wellness strategy.
- Ensure smooth execution and high engagement in every program.
- Conduct impact assessments and publish white papers on AFL outcomes.
- Participate in seminars and represent the AFL initiative at industry forums.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including ministries and chambers of commerce.
