Qualifications:

The Project Specialist leads the planning, execution, and delivery of medico-marketing materials across digital, print, and web formats, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
The role includes assessing project needs, gathering prerequisites, defining timelines, allocating resources, assigning tasks, tracking progress, reporting KPIs, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement. Collaboration extends across global teams in Hyderabad, Mexico City, East Hanover, and Dublin under the novartis careers ecosystem.
Medical Job – Key Responsibilities:
- Support, plan, execute, and manage assigned projects such as label updates and creative derivatives
- Deliver assigned marketing materials with accuracy, clarity, and consistency aligned with regulatory and company policies
- Evaluate and plan resource requirements, timelines, and logistics
- Assign tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Oversee internal production processes and monitor milestones
- Track and report KPIs using tools like PAT, TactPlan, RCI Tracker, and MBR dashboards
- Collaborate with creative teams, delivery managers, writers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects in high-pressure situations
