The role is central to the Medical Affairs team, overseeing internal and external communication regarding Azurity products. Responsibilities include managing unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare providers (HCPs), providing scientific input to cross-functional teams, and contributing to reports and communications. Candidates will develop expertise in relevant therapeutic areas while ensuring accurate and timely medical responses.
Medical Jobs – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical product knowledge in response to inquiries from HCPs and internal teams.
- Respond promptly and accurately to unsolicited medical information requests from HCPs, payers, and managed healthcare organizations.
- Support the Medical Information Call Center by handling escalated cases, providing coaching, and delivering training.
- Maintain and update product knowledge databases, including standard response letters (SRLs) and FAQs.
- Analyze reports to identify trends, insights, and knowledge gaps.
- Build strong relationships with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
- Review new data to ensure medical information resources are up-to-date for Medical Affairs colleagues and call center staff.
- Assist with topic-specific presentations to share new product or disease-state information.
- Support Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) and Scientific Review Committee (SRC) activities.
- Coordinate and review legal contracts related to Medical Affairs functions.
- Perform other Medical Information-related duties as required.
