Job Title: Medical Manager, Oncology
Role Description
- Provide Scientific Information: The primary role of the Medical Manager/Medical Science Liaison is to provide scientific information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and support medical/scientific information needs of HCPs.
- Engagement with HCPs: Responsible for engaging external experts and facilitating scientific and clinical exchange to enhance the understanding and value of our company’s products in clinical practice.
- Addressing Medical Inquiries: Address medical inquiries from HCPs regarding the use of our company products based on available scientific data.
- Documentation and Information Delivery: Document scientific interactions between our company and HCPs and deliver essential information to HCPs about the appropriate use of our products.
- Key Thought Leader Engagement: Conceptualize and execute Key Thought Leader engagement plans, support medical affairs activities, and collaborate with the cross-functional team.
- Scientific Meetings and Discussions: Conduct scientific meetings, round table discussions, and engage in scientific dialogues with HCPs, as well as support medical educational events.
- Insights Sharing: Collate, record, and share insights obtained from scientific interactions to deepen understanding of the unmet needs of external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the cross-functional team to execute medical initiatives, support new product launches, new indications, and Patient Support Programs.
Job Requirements
- Degree: MD, MD (Pharmacology), or PhD in Life-sciences.
- Experience: 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Skills: Good presentation, communication, and written skills, interpersonal skills, computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
